  • Sign the provided telemedicine consent forms
  • Have access to a smart device (internet connected) with a functional camera and microphone
  • Valid Photo ID
  • Outside referral for ADHD Psychological Testing may be recommended

  • Follow-Up Medication Refill: $115
  • Initial Session for Counseling/Therapy: $150

We DO NOT provide emergency services, crisis services, weekend and/or after-hours coverage. If you have a life-threatening emergency, please go to the nearest emergency room or call 911 immediately.

Missed or canceled appointments without a 24 hour notice, will be charged $50 to the patient.
